9. TECHNICAL POLICY FOR THE RIDE DISTRIBUTION ALGORITHM

This document describes how REUEL's ride distribution algorithm works, based on objective and auditable criteria aligned with the LGPD, ensuring algorithmic fairness, transparency and operational efficiency.

9.1. Criteria evaluated

Driver rating, acceptance rate, cancellation rate, distance, daily trip balance and online time.

9.2. Governance and LGPD

The algorithm does not use sensitive data. Automated decisions are explainable and recorded.

9.3. Algorithmic audit

Decision logs, algorithm versioning, bias monitoring and recovery mechanisms ensure regulatory compliance and enable auditing. Drivers may request review, in accordance with the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018).

10. POLICY CHANGES

This Policy may be updated, with prior notice provided within the application.

11. JURISDICTION

The courts of Brasília – DF, Brazil, are elected to settle any disputes arising from this Policy.
